The different PMS patterns

Did you know that different issues within the body can lead to different PMS symptoms?  The woman that experiences breast tenderness, mood swings, fibrocystic breasts and gains weight at the hips often shows an excess of estrogen ("estrogen dominant"), or progesterone deficiency. The woman with nausea, breast swelling, foggy thinking and oily skin may have too much progesterone (which is comparable to a pregnant state).  Anxiousness and low mood can be connected to low vitamin B6, or magnesium.  Magnesium deficiency can also attribute to hyperhydration symptoms and cravings pre-menstrually. Additionally, magnesium can negatively affect sleep depth, blood sugar, and muscle tension (especially internal muscles called "smooth muscle").  Why suffer through PMS when there are doctors that look at these symptoms and treat accordingly!?
